Confirm. User was afk many times, usually after minute or two he returns, mess up few actions, feed, and return to the fountain to pursue afking.

rowan banned 3 days for prolonged afk.
These short runs of afk were hard for opposing players to appreciate, and it was unclear to them that this player was game ruining vs just a new player, so no bans for failure to votekick, as their caution was understandable.
