Was his teamkilling purpose meaningful? Imo, it looked like he was griefing. You may believe it was a teamplay purpose to halt the feeding (which looked like it), but the game is 6+, so the average skill-level of the entire team IS NOT ALWAYS ON PAR with GAGOO.

Any further thoughts:
I haven't heard much about Fallout, but i do have heard about GAGOO before. In one of my random Troll & Elf games, one of my allies was talking to a random player. He addressed him as GAGOO and I was able confirm that it was true, because he replied back as the one and only.

If you have red the entire chat, then you can clearly see that he does NOT ONLY have a lot of accounts, but has a lots of ip's (which is why he said that he wouldn't care about getting banned).

Whichever statement is true or false, (although i'm not sure how many bans he has gotten so far) but it's clearly a problem if we repeat the process. Idk if screening for banning a range of ip's is possible for you or w/e, since this is probably an odd case of a cocky player being so open about this .

Also. I have heard about the one-per-player blink-block before... but is this seriously a legit rule? You will play 3-4rounds max per game. That means you may do this EVERY SINGLE TIME whenever u play against a random unlucky troll.

Next day. im playing with GAGOO again, and he asked me when hes getting a ban. I didn't care much about it, so i let him hammer the chat after i told him a quick conclusion "I dont care". He went in depth about using vpn and that he would be able to avoid every actions taken against him.

Anyways, the reason for this post: he ruined this game for me. after 10-15minutes, he blink-blocked and killed the troll, and re-states that "the gm told him that it's allowed"

The funny thing is that the admins making that rule, and him spreading that rule, then you will see everyone using that tactic eventually everytime.

Anyways, he was asking me if it was wise to let this player live... i ignored him, but he then said "i have to tk everyone because of this".

But i left the game after he blink-killed, because i wasted 10-15minutes of my time 'again' just by hearing his 'logic' and redoing basic starter upgrades.

His absence is making the game less and less popular for me. I assume most people (especially the troll) would agree with me 100%.

The rule about blocking the troll should be this one:

Workshop glitch:

Around 4 mins, and again at 5 workshop glitch by fallout7boy
Around 14 mins, and again at 21 mins,29 mins again, workshop glitch by skaler

Teamkill:

At 29.40, red runs into teal base, builds a tower and kills him

So:

gagoooo0ooooooo@europe.battle.net should be banned for afk & team kill
fallout7boy@europe.battle.net & skaler@useast.battle.net shpuld be banned for workshop glitch

Regarding offensive behaviour/flaming, dind't see much to consider ban worthy at this time
