Violated Rule(s): borako@europe.battle.net for not drawing at start when we had a leaver even before first round started and flaming me for choosing PR mode from lobby (i announced it before game start couple of times) and others for not drawing bacuse of leaver before first round started

Any further thoughts: borako@europe.battle.net 2 weeks ban, all other 1week

To be honest i dont care about something like ELO points but i do care about fair play and having fun while playing.

After reviewing:

Drawing is not mandatory, it's a player's decision/vote, so not bannable if anyone decides not to draw it
Dind't see any flaming that would warrant a ban either

This brq should be denied as no rules were violated
