At first he sends two commanders, I tell him not to send on wave 8. Seconds after, he sends another commander.
It's teamkill because we needed to up king.

Granted that I may have provoked him to send that one additional commander after the initial two (see chat below)..

.. however it was known that the enemy team had Elite Archers, which by default means that you should not send on 8. Accordingly, with no wave 8 holder on our team, sending this wave instead of upgrading king is clearly teamkill.
