You confused the rule. It says " Intentionally leaving after sending as incomer to give an advantage to valuer in cross is bannable ".

Instead of leaving with full lumber on him, he decided to upgrade your King for you, so you could send full. Nothing wrong with that.

Leavers get taken care of by the auto ban, which is 2 days for LTD games.
