He got angry over feeding and not getting solo. He decided to AFK and sit in fountain for half the game. Moved every once in a while to avoid getting kicked. He was level nine while everyone else was around 11-13

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): I only noticed it 20 min into the game, but he could've been doing it earlier. But from that point onwards, he'd sit in fountain for minutes at a time, move a bit, then go back to fountain.

Any further thoughts:

Thrall's nuke does AOE damage to units around the target. When Thrall casted it on Veno, Veno would chase me around to purposely try and damage me. The first time it happened I warned him, so there could be no excuse the second time.

veno afk at fountain from 2143-2330, then again from 2400-2330. He then tps top then turns right around and returns to fountain until game end.
