This is all delusional and rage-filled at best. I explained clearly what the role of spec is to the techie, and most definitely contributed to the win. The kid rage pinged and overall unpleasant. I merely helped him farm when I could by running neutrals into his mines, and I gave the gem back to sent being it was a pointless 3v5. I had no idea if alch ended up getting the gem, because I certainly did not telegraph that I was doing it in any way (aside from map aware players spotting the courier).

Rules:

You may not leave on a 5v5, 5v4, 4v5 or 4v4 game.

Saying it pointless when he could just leave the game because it's 3v5, doesn't mean you're allowed to take gem from our base and fly it to the other team.

Three bannable offenses, refuse to help, running creeps onto mine and flying gem back.

He already admit to them all, the flying gem over is the big one though. 1year ban what taking mods so long?
