Saying he did all those is irrelevant if you dont provide timestamps. Also come on numlock where is the intentional feeding? He had 9-5 while you had 2-4. Not buying the standard build is not banable. Everyone is free to play the way he wants unless he is game ruining or team killing which is not the case here.
