Usually I dont comment on Ban req I just read them but this is a bit much for me,so here is my personal take on it;

1) Reporting someone for insults while using the acc name :ghery.is.a.retard doesn't give you the moral high ground.

2) The real Ghery might not be the sharpest tool in the shed(lacking exp) but he truly is a good guy and someone I would like on my team ;he's nice, mannered and he listens to advice.

3) I dont personally see any antisemitic insults in there, I want to put the emphasis on one thing here and it is important to my eyes, it seems to me that what the so called violator did was expressing a personal opinion on the Israel-Palestinian conflict, which is an anti Zionist or a pro Palestinian stance,there was no antisemitism here (if there were I would be the first one to voice an opinion in condemnation of it).

Many jewish ppl in Israel also speak against the Zionist policies of the right-wing gov in Israel, the violation of international law, the illegal settlements and seizures of Palestinian lands and the Gaza concentration camp... and that is not antisemitism.
You should not throw away that word so lightly.

The only thing that might be considered borderline in the log that you submitted was the "stfu retard" but then again you also use the same word in your acc name so dont dish it out if u cant take it...

From what you've highlighted, I don't see any antisemitism at all (also eTeRNaL_DrEaMeR explained it pretty well). It is indeed a not necessary political talk and maybe a little bit of spam, however not excessive imo.

If you want this to be reviewed for a TK, you should provide some timestamps and reasons, otherwise I don't see this case as a reason for banning rly.
Also keep in mind, Klaa got 4 days because it was his 2nd violation in a short period of time, his first violation ended up with a warning only.
