Any further thoughts: Why i think he was feeding on purpose... (4:40) states "No one wants to swap so im noob" (18:00) "When is my team going to kick me" "0-6" "LOL" (22:00) Sold 3 of my friend/clan mate dros3mvp1 (Gondar) items when i was talking to him.. (23:00) "When is my team going to kick me "0-8" (28:50) Quits Game. I laned with Lich and never had any problems with him and dros3mvp1 only shared with Lich , NA and myself SA and i wouldn't do that to my friend/clanmate... So thats my assumption on who sold the items.

Okay so does that mean he is banned or not?

That fog clicks are caused by glitch. You can check this loading action at DRM and by checking the replay when he hero was respawning or leaving.
