This is not a normal teamcommunication Its from begin till end of the game Hardcore TROLLing i couldnt ignore him, trust me i rly want it but it wasnt possible he must suicide and he needed advices , he asked me a lot of times in game what to do .
And the way how he delay the game is also amazing idc about that he say " i didnt know it " its not first time that he play on 1200+ this guy need a ban and he need to read the rules !

Its Admins fault because this guy see noone ban him and he think he can do everything what he want... because he dont get banned anyway.
After my last request get warned now he should get hard banned .

For this, you need to make a separate BRQ and you'll need more than just one instance, so we can see it was continuous and unprovoked. Also keep in mind, if Mltw provides an evidence of you behaving in a similar way, this is not gonna be successful.
