Also, check violator's ban history, I dont think this is the first time he showed such behavior. Refusing teamplay because we didn't gave him much wanted attention is not something that should be tolerated in 1200+.

Heavy intentional TK by not sending nor building for 20, lost the game by not getting around 200 income + saving 1k gold. Premature ignore after a simple question why did he prefer grizz over turrets.

User panico banned for 7 days for intentional TK.
