Reading through the chatlog seems tough to evaluate, he was toxic at the start most likely due frustration (not an excuse by all means) and seems people were split on the 3/5 call. Which is where you threaten a report and he seems to stop flaming and instead shotcalls/works as a team.

There was no real flame since the 3/5 call up until this point, and here you might be able to argue provoke.

so , just that i understand right - if someone insults me over the game more than 1 time, and then if i write 1sentences later that might be "provoke"(in your opinion) for me its just fact, the insult of the player isnt worth a ban anymore ? cool story , ACTUALLY ! - if someone insult you 20minutes long, and rest of team he insults too, than its a result of his insults and behaviour , that someone fires back. and this not even with insult like he did

seems people were split on the 3/5 call.

I believe this is the main focus of the issue, centered in miscommunication. Game ran relatively smooth following the first 5 lvls.

Otherwise I don't see any major violations.
