Any further thoughts: He was always sending first without teams agreement, so we had to follow him, on lvl 8 and lvl 10 he purposly decided to solo send and costed us some heals and the game.

At lvl 7 you were the only one disagreeing with 7 send but you ignored him.
At lvl 8 he called it pretty early and nobody disagreed (again your ignore played part in here).

Lvl 10 send was a forced send. There was no call whatsoever, he just decided to send.
