I know this game didnt look too good (2 / 4 heals) but there is legit no reason to ff at 8 in a slow game..

Seems to me like a legit !ff. You might still think it was not lost yet, but your team voted to !ff and they have the right to do so.

It was not abusive, nor intented to simply boost one's elo.
It was not too early in the game, you did many attempts to take heals without being able to, game was mostly lost.

Denied. There was some chance to win but enough of the game had been played and your team was at enough of a disadvantage to warrant a ff. Heavy leaks early on, heals lost. I don't see any intention to abuse it either, I think they believed it was lost.
