As per our conversation in game, I apologised and told him the units I antistucked (6 x EA). ALSO, Noreia tried to votekick for a non rule breaking reason. This is votekick abuse, so should he be banned too???

Also, it had ZERO effect on the game. I was honest within about 20 seconds of the infraction happening.

A rule violation is a rule violation whether or not it has impact on the game.

Otherwise I can just save the game right before send on level 15 and if it doesn't make anyone lag enough to fail send I can claim I shouldn't be banned because it had no impact
