After we refused to draw he got mad and forcibly kept disconnecting his internet to try to force us to draw. A few excerpts from chat should make his intentions clear:

Vote !draw is never a requirement. This player is definitely guilty of lying about the rules. Looking at the replay, it does appear that he is intentionally game ruining to force the game into a draw. I agree with this post, @mageblack should receive consequence for said action.

You shouldnt try to bait them into saying drawing is mandatory just so you can report them, thats a cheap way to act.
