Any further thoughts: I told him about the rule early on, gave him the opportunity to leave. Then we tried to VK him, and his team wouldn't do that. His thoughts were "if i'm gonna get banned either way, may as well play." He should have left and taken the 2 hour ban. OR he should have been kicked. We did initiate VK's, but not everyone voted.
