That's fine, I played with Polk in the past before I took a long break from warcraft 3, I'm going to review this. He knows the rules, if I find him in violation he will get a stiff ban for this.

EDIT: It's days like this when I can barely believe what I'm seeing, players who I garnered a lot of respect for ultimately leave me speechless. I may have taken a temporary retirement from Warcraft 3 but that in no way, shape, or form minimizes my love I once had for the game. They always say all good things must fade with time, I don't believe that I believe that rule breakers should be deterred.

I spent all of 10 minutes thinking of a potential punishment and considering that him of all people should know the rules I'm going to ban him for 20 days. If he wants to appeal it for a reduction or removal then he's more than welcome and I'll educate him on the rules.

NOTE: I gave him 20 days because in this game and in accordance with the rules of the game ogre magi abuse is an EGREGIOUS rule violation.

This was a difficult decision on my part because I consider him a friend, but I have a duty to do as a moderator and I cannot second guess rule breaking just because he's a friend. He will be banned like everyone else. Thanks for reporting.
