[*]Starting at 21 mins, centaur patrols fountain till hes -kickafk at 27 mins

Regarding the votekicks, no1 voted when the votekick was started, also only 1 vk was initiated so i woulnd't ban anyone for it

With that being said, polysporin should be banned for refusal to play
