Rule player violated: not sure. attempting to prevent votekick when glitching. admitting to ip dodging.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): about 5 mins glitch and around 25 mins admits will ip dodge.
Any further thoughts: could not get zapato kicked. I was kicked by the moderator iconnect for same glitch in game a few days ago and that is how I learned about this bug. I have seen a 2000 elo player use this glitch about a week or two ago. It seems to do too much damage.

Since he hasn't done the IP dodging, there's really nothing to ban him for.
