Time of Violation (in-game or replay): lvl 4 green solo sends, lvl 6 the same, lvl 7, and level 8. Does it every round basically. In chat, he also says he will solo send. I asked red/teal to votekick and they did not vote yes. Orange also did not vote. Please ban all four users.
Any further thoughts: I gave them many chances to votekick him. The issue began when I did not vote yes to draw. I said I would draw if orange wants to as well. Orange said he didn't want to draw and so I played. I also did not want to draw initially because I did not have time for another game to start.

Blue leaved at start, so i called a draw, cuz everyone know 3x2 is unfair, game balance is not enghtout, everyone know that(Everyone normaly draw when someone leave at frist wave), so orange and yellow did not draw, cuz they wanted easy elo, i have etic, i think this is very wrong, i did what i think is correct, red and blue too

There seems to be a misunderstanding from this Pandarian player.
1) There is no rule that a player has to draw if there is a leaver on the other team. This has never been the case and is not stated in any rules.

2) I said I would draw if orange wanted to as well. This was a team decision. Orange said no. That's a two for no and one for yes.

3) I told green I would report him if he solo sent. In the chat, he said he won't teamplay. clearly this individual does not care about what the team wants and only what he prefers.

4) I gave him multiple opportunities to stop solo sending. He thought I was bluffing until I wrote the report and sent it to him. He needs to be taught a lesson that refusing to play with the team is bannable.

Please issue a ban for all four that I've listed.

1) You don't get to decide - ENT does. The fact is, the game was fair because the creator gives an extra wisp and one less wave to the team with the leaver.

2) Why would the enemy team be allowed to decide how the games goes? That means if they are losing and we have two people, we have to draw because three of them said yes? Your logic is poor. You should take a reevaluation. At the end of the game, red unmutes you and calls you a scrub. So much for being fair, huh?

3) Okay, then you can continue getting banned and don't whine about it when you do. You made it unfair for US, your teammates, when you decided that you would rather solo send than send with the team.

Teal: Refusal to votekick a solo-sender.
Green: Solo-sender, admits to not wanting to help the team.

I followed the rules; you guys didn't. I tried to make it fair after you began ruining the game.

You should take a hard look at yourself and deserve to be banned after I gave you and the others numerous attempts to follow the rules.

Funny how the above user is trying to excuse his way out of what is an obvious game-ruining. This will be my last time responding to you as I will let a moderator take over after.

This is you admitting to playing like a retard and not wanting to team play. On numerous levels, you opted to send alone and fed the other team while not upgrading the king. These were pointless sends. There is a mutual agreement on which levels to send but because you were game-ruining, there wasn't a point for just orange and I to send. As I've already told you on numerous occasions, you don't get to decide what is fair or not. The rule set forth by ENT does not force players to draw a game due to a leaver nor does it say you can solo send to make things "fair." The game WAS fair until YOU decided to solo-send and put us at a disadvantage for larger round sends.

Quit trying to now blame me and say I "solo" sent when I only sent in rounds in which I saw orange and you sent as well. You, on the other hand, sent every round purposely without any reasoning behind it. It seems you are trying to excuse yourself rather than admit to your wrongdoing. As for orange, he also did not votekick and that is why he is listed on the report.
