@azertykers I would suggest you review the rules on our wiki. There is no rule that grants a player possession of any lane whether or not they called it or arrived there first. Therefore you cannot votekick a player for this, and said vote kick is considered abusive and can result in a ban should someone submit you for it. Also, pausing and saving in game is not permitted, and can also result in a ban.
Leavers are handled by the auto-ban system.
