Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Since round 9 he start sending chariot. After 10 balista EVERY single ROUND till 17 (we lost). Even there he didnt even infernal send.
Any further thoughts: Guy don't care of getting ban. Should get longer period to get it right. High elo player, he knew what he was doing and think he can get away with it.
