Any further thoughts: this guy goes afk from start of game in bot lane, and tower sat contantly,
-at clock's first death he could have saved him, but pho69 just stood there and then ran away after clock dies.
-he refused to charge any enemy heroes.
-at one point he goes to there tier 2 tower alone and no creeps and starts attacking their creeps and surprise he dies.
-when he does decide to start charging, he charges a lvl18 as lvl9
-at about the 31:30 game time mark, he keeps pausing game repeatedly and then saves game. for no reason.

absolute toxic player.
i think pho69's other names are pho19 and pho. pho stops playing 3/17 due to ban, pho19 starts playing 3/17 and stops playing 3/18, pho69 starts playing 3/18. they have the same behavior in game. this guy has so many ban requests against him in such a short time its ridiculous.

entire sent team deserve a ban for failing to votekick pho69. we told them the reason why repeatedly, it was obvious from his play, and they still wouldnt kick. only when the game was basically over did they finally kick him.

I'm not going to review this replay as this is probably an issue moderators need to deal with through range ban i.e. one year ban.
