At 8 we told him to stop push he need to cover 12 13 14 with eas he didnt give a fuck and pushed 7/8 or 7/9. We lost because he didnt cover us we telld him very often that he should stop push and build

Him building too far down is not bannable - Stupid, but not bannable (You're not forced to merge, or allow merge)

Blue pushed way too much (even on 11 he was pushing 7/10, when team told him to stop at 7/9, once they noticed his overpush), and ultimately caused the east team to simply send 12, causing the loss

Imo this is a clear tk move - Hes 17/7 w/l on uswest (appears to be the same player), and its not like hes new, and altho EA is a good unit to push, pushing 7/10 when you can clearly see your team needs you (and tells you to stop overpushing), it's pure gameruin.

He's not new but there's no indication he was intentionally teamkilling. He also didn't really refuse to cooperate since you didn't notice he was pushing so hard until it was too late. He upped only once after it was first mentioned and the team didn't really tell him to stop as a collective until after that push. Won't ban for a bad build when he wasn't outwardly refusing to cooperate.
