Any further thoughts: Might not be, but i saved replay and watched it on a hunch and level 2 when i sent furbog the moment i sent it, the guy overbuilds. Wasn't planning to origionally. Just really fishy.

There are two times where it looks suspicious of maphack:

Level 2 - Yellow sends furbolg and leagueoflegends immediately builds. However, he had not built yet this round.
Level 5 - Yellow sends a furbolg and leagueoflegends immediately builds. Again, he had not built anything this round.

Almost immediately after yellow sends, leagueoflegends builds a new unit. However, I don't find this too suspicious as he had not built yet those rounds. He probably anticipated a send or knew the next round would be too much for his current units to handle and built a new unit. It is difficult to judge maphack by looking at one 10 minute replay. There is not enough evidence to prove that leagueoflegends@useast.battle.net maphacks and therefore I believe he should not be banned.
