Game Name: Heroes and Empires +1
Your Warcraft III Username: |cff4b5320Hicks (Yes, a colored name)
Violator's Warcraft III Username: tetaman - He changed his username to Culo in-game
Violated Rule(s): Use of cheats (JJCP), Trying to dodge a ban, Map hack
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Start of the game - first minute of it; watch the resources tab...
Any further thoughts: JJCP's give a person the ability to hear others speak all the way to observers chat, add resources, add unis, items and even kick people out of the game. The range of this cheat is as vast as turning the terrain pitch black. There is no doubt about it - this man has hacked... and to make things worse, he was the host. Even to the point where he thought that removing the replay would save him. If not for ent keeping track of replays and the good support of those that linger about in the discord - I would not have found out about this means of getting a replay. Thank you very much.

Tetaman - Use of JJCP

Re: Tetaman - Use of JJCP
JJCP is a cheat pack that is inside the map itself - this is not considered cheating afaik.
3rd party MH program would be something else.
Not sure about the save-replay thingy.

Re: Tetaman - Use of JJCP
JJCP's may be considered a part of the map and "not cheating" under those criteria, but let us not forget that those said cheats are not added by the original maker - but a third party user. Using the said codes make the game unfair towards other players, especially because the person in question can change the activator and not let anyone else step onto his level. I doubt the maker of the game had intended for JJCP's to be inside them.
What I'm saying is - this is a clear breach on fair-play; and if it isn't sanctioned in any way, then, by all means, it puts Ent in a bad light. using JJCP should be categorized as game-glitching in the very least.
End note: Work on updating the rules to have JJCP's rooted out or else we will see a DotA being hacked.

Re: Tetaman - Use of JJCP
What appears to be reported here is the fact that the map hosted included JJCP in it. Do note, we do not moderate publicly hosted games, unless the user is explicitly using a MH. If you do not wish to play a map that uses JJCP in its code, I suggest you avoid the users hosted game in the future, and host ithe appropriate version yourself.
