Mode was unclear in lobby, he kept changing his mind and spamming random letters, I had thought he had changed to -ph in lobby but then decided at -pr in game. As you can tell from his ban request, he is rather unclear and hard to keep up with. Apologies for any wrong doing, was a misunderstanding.
