Any further thoughts although mirana was 0-14 he was actively engaged in teamfights, whereas pitlord decide not to help the team at all. His answer was no to everything. I understand he is new but refusing to help the team on purpose while farming jungle cant be tolerated. he would not listen to any suggestion. other team refused to kick this guy, and just when they got 5 rax with the last rax half health with the help of this pitlord throwing they decided to act like decent human beings and generously started the votekick on their behalf.

In my opinion he was not feeding nor refusing to cooperate. He was clearly new. He did try to participate in those team fights when he saw them occuring, he just wasn't on time. If anything the votekick was abusive since you were kicking a player for being bad. You should also fix your attitude in game.
