The person was on the enemy team, he wasn't a noob and it was done tentionally. I feel like even tho i got a win out of it, he should still receive a ban, if a short one at the very least.:

Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.
Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.

Confirmed 00:15:30 HereWeGo (Yellow) should be banned for juggling king/change targets to delay killing.
