Any further thoughts: He keeps pulling at top non-stop with zero intention of repairing his towers. I told him that pulling is against the rules but he continues pulling anyway. I understand it may be reasonable to repair towers for a brief moment before moving away so your workers don't die, but this guy is aggro-ing the creeps non-stop with the intention of pulling. He positioned his workers far away from his towers, and kept pulling the melee creeps intentionally.
