Votekick was abusive, he was controlling king and he wasn't refusing to up as a result. He did later up after asked, and it's pretty obvious he wasn't trying to teamkill.

No bans for the enemy team since they were misled.

cyrlex[bor] banned 10 days (votekick starter, 9 offences in past 2 years 4 of them in last few months)

ortegabiain#uswest.battle.net, langevinger#europe.battle.net banned 3 days (the latter typed !yes too late, but the intention to kick was there)
