As for the TK/not cooperating with team. Its in chat when he refuses do agree or help in any discussion and at 24:45 when he solo sends while we are discussing a plan. Then at the end of game he does not help up King he just well.... flames more. 29:30

I'm not related to the OP in anyway but I agree that this guy does not like to cooperate with the team unless it directly influences his lane (merge). He just does his own thing and does not work towards a goal (doesn't push, doesn't play leaker/pusher roll when most advantageous).
