Almost everybody crashed early game, he was lvl 4 19 minutes in, with no minis and no feed. Also claimed to be stalling because of ben_t being in same game.

Since it was a short period of time (6-7 minutes) that the player was stalling and since they were confused by the rule, I will let it slip by this time. Next time, I won't be as lenient as to let you off for stalling a completely lost game like this. Processing.
