Drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory. You must have a legitimate reason to draw: for example, a player has left the game, or the mode was unannounced.

my opinion there is that's indeed votekick abuse, however the "fuck u" was too much, unnecessary toxicity ! You don't have to draw but always respect your opponents even if you had a bad experience with him
