Any further thoughts: we called wars at lvl 1 he said no but teal sent already, so we decided to send it anyway. He sent dino and after at lvl 2 or 3 sent dino too. After that he ignored all 3 of us. We tried to votekick him but opposite team didnt want.

Of course the opposite team didnt vote to kick him out, since you have refused to kick out ison, that refused to send at r3. If you dont follow the rules, why would others do.

first you send warrs with 2x1/0 witch is idk dump move
second he did send with team at lvl 7 , when you say he is not team player
so over all even if teal send 1 warr you coud still not send
i will not ban him for 1 solo send , when you force lvl1 send and he was telling you "dont"
