After asking him why he pushed 7/8 when ennemy team banked lumber by skipping 10 to send 12 (just like we did), he started to insult me with words I can't write here for obvious reasons (racist ones and such).
When I answered to explain it was going to cost us the game (and then became unfriendly toward him), he typed something like "I'll show you" (meaning he would show us how to actually throw a game). He then started to send dinos instead of ballistas, solo uped the king and maybe pushed more for all I know. He warned us about teamkilling us, he teamkilled us and was still proud about it until the very last second.
If it doesn't instantly result in a ban, I don't know anything anymore..
