@Panopticon Semi-true, however he did announce a mode away from the original so players were "expecting" something different but instead just got the default. Violation would most likely fall under -

Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.

Nevertheless, will just throw a warning for red.
