Send at level 3 is usually very common and you stated send 6 fairly late so I don't see a reason to really blame him here.

Send at level 8 was a solo-send. Don't know why he did that. But overall, he was listening and since he pushed hard early into the game, it wasn't a huge deal.. Giving him a warning.
