Windows Update rendered machine unresponsive. It would not abort. Tried to kill task to recover. Sorry for the technical issue, I've had over 1000 games and I have NEVER casually gone AFK.
I might also highlight the fact that you just created "LEGION_ONE." account to impersonate or spite me. It seems you are doing anything and everything you can to cause trouble, even after being warned by Astros who ruled on your last frivolous request.

Considering the background of the player, the above excuse sounds reasonable. Adding the leave on the ban history though for reference.
