Any further thoughts:

To add insult to injury to he decides to criticize king control while in fact his inaction is distracting from king micro while having to check who is doing nothing for 30 seconds after request to upgrade and we are dying, having to type to alert, pause for AFK, etc.

* It is possible this user is quickmaffs, who also has a ban request pending from me. If it is the same user (only you can check) this may also offer some motive for game ruining.
