Total time spent actively pinging (ignoring lingering) is around 40-45 seconds.

Conclusions, the pinging was excessive but not overly excessive and the other issue it never seemed to be to alert to anything of importance but more just to be an annoyance, If no previous reports for this I'd simply put a warning and next time ban because as annoying as ping spam is, I do not feel this was excessive per se.

Instend of ignore your own Teammates clone74 to force Teamkills or other shit just let ppl call "WHO BETTER PLAYERS".

In my opinion this guy need a break. Its not possible to play with him in one Team, terrible attitude + flamer + etc.
