(31:28 / Allied) BioZrnce: !votekick spaced
(31:28 / All) Fred0: A votekick against player [SpacedOUT] has been started by player [BioZrnce]. 6 votes are needed within 60 seconds to pass.
(31:28 / All) Fred0: Type !yes to vote.
(31:28 / All) Fred0: ** Note: !votekick should only be used to kick players breaking a rule. You should not votekick players new to the game!
(31:29 / Allied) BioZrnce: -clear
(31:32 / Allied) BioZrnce: this retard afk

Any further thoughts: This player generally destroys a lot of games when the opponents take Slark, Bara. In this game, it was the fact that we did not DRAW after a player left after FB. Furthermore, I find something funny. He is always in games when certain people are banned from Australia (eg power (s)).
I think he dodges his BAN with the account power(s).

Informed team was AFK due to phone. and left game when nearly all raxes had fallen.

This player was just upset that he didnt have a good game even though we had a leaver.

Mods can check IP on the other player he mentioned. Although he may not realise it however lots of players play from Australia,

If possible could you please post timestamp examples of when you believe he refused to help the team, in terms of the ban dodging I'll pass this on to other staff members to investigate as I do not feel I have the skill set currently to judge that.

Thank you.

He left 1 minute before the game ended. Auto ban did not kick in for the obvious reason.

That's a bit far fetched, don't you think? Australia is a country of ~25 million people. We won't waste resources by investigating dodging allegations based on just that.

Processing.
