Any further thoughts: I first decided not to report this guy, knowing there is a lot of teamkillers in 1200+. but after being bann for no logical reason (speedy talking), i just want to make sure this guy deserve his bann as a team killer.
Read chat and see game going, you will understand that the whole game he did with a good role, is just team kill : like for example level 1 : "you have lod and nothing else, plz reroll", and he said i want to put the "eggstack", but not planning for his team the further game. he just push like a retard, almost leaking rounds, and having some latepush and 0 holding. Example : he add a gate guard for 6 just to hold, when the team expect him to semi before : so he totally teamkill on lvl 3 4 5 and 6. : 4 levels to have a reason to be bann. and he sold his gateguard later for no reason..... also

He said :" i plan to hold 15 since level 1, jesus are we back to mega? can we cross and mass corner + merge? are you serious? the good thing about 1200+ is that you can kill before, and dont have monotonous game send 7 10 15...... but those people don't understand because or they overbuild or they teamkill.... so now my question is : what's the point of playing here? if you are getting banned all games long because you are asking people not to tk, and they still do..... plz if i get banned for no reason this guy deserve a 1 year bann, or a free access to mega since he never wanted to learn game.

Mistakes is allowed, but teamkill please.... come on.

I got a question for you : when you play for win and people :
- refuse to communicate
- troll or team kill
what do you do? you admit the defeat? you adapt your td?

and just to precise something : level 10 he sold gateguard for a copter? so 90/2 = 45 gold ..... is that worth? with lod and shit? totally not. better build t1 t2..... this is a 4th reason to get this guy bann on teamkill : check the entire game or till level 10 to understand.

First of all : As i know it selling to build is not banable, so u state the selling rule here wrong.Thats an offense aswell.
It was a bad choice to sell, but he lackes knowledge what to do and it was not his intention to teamkill. He did go mid after all on 10, if he wanted to tk you he would have grief build crap, push safe or whatever.
He had a plan in his build, it was a bad plan but thats not banable.The way you guys communicate to him do this do that is not helpfull either.It is his prerogative to build his line, if he lacks knowledge and doesnt listen to commands ( the way you handled it was no way an advise) this doesnt warrant a ban imo aswell.
Your **ban for nothing** seems to have impact on this game, this seems like a revenge report which wasnt done with a clear head and influenced by the frustration over his admittedly very bad gameplay.
He didnt refuse to communicate, he stated his intention and told u what his plan is.He wanted to go hold 15 which was the wave u people died on and he just lacked knowledge that he can not hold it with his build/value.
You can argue that he did teamkill cause he never listen to anything that he was told to do in build, but he participated on all calls, upped king when team did etc.While thats frustrating as hell, it isnt enough to clarify it as teamkill.

I do not know the player, if it is true that he refuses to learn on every game he plays there should be smth done about it, but just judging from this 1 replay i wouldnt recommend a ban.He needs to fix his way of playing and adapt better to shifting situations depending on how the game goes, and listen to more experienced players/ consider advises on his build, but he did imo nothing banable here to his knowledge.If this is a constant issue though as u guys state, can be seen as an added up offense. This isnt solotowerdefense, he did play in team just had no clue his plan wouldnt work and refused to shift his build and adapt to the situation.

Thanks Anda for your in-depth reply.
If I am unsure how to play, I do ask.
This time I thought I am doing the right move, clearly I wasn't by your judgment and you are just better than me, so I take this as objective.
This is all fine, but I did not know any better and in no way tried to teamkill.
And most of the members here are kind, and when they suggest something and can explain why to go for that move, I'm glad to follow and learn.
But some people like my team in this game, all they do is "TK TK" and "u suck".
Yeah, sorry but I am not listening to people without any decency and explaining stuff, I hope this is fine?
I am willing to learn and never intending to TK.
If, and that is an honest request, - admins feel like I should obey better players when they throw their negativity at me, just state so. I will just stop playing this at all then, I like the game but I do not like a toxic environment which is supported by the staff.

Thing is though, your team didnt start being negatively towards youout of the blue, when you reread teamchat they gave completely normal advise in a friendly manner, you didnt do it and after that it got a bad environment, when from my point of view what they told you 2 do was the better plan.When 2-3 people tell you to switch your actions during wave / push time etc theres probably a good reasoning for it, so if ur not 100% certain your idea is the right way id in general for the sake of the team advise you to do what theyd like you to do.Your idea can in hindsight be the right one, but chances are slimmer than majority being right, especially as you state your there to learn and try to improve.
I know speedy and wezy since long time, and they are from the experience i had with them in the past good 1200 players and friendly lads in general, so theres a reason for the atmosphere turning bad, and you had the deciding factor in it by ignoring advise and sticking to your plan. For the future, gateguard is pure dead value and only there to fill for 1 potential send when u need hold imo, upping heli for hold and pushing later was imo the better idea, it would benefit your line more in the long run. Try to think of longrun of the game and not from wave to wave.
And ur right, you do not have to blindly follow smth especially when you do not discuss why u should change smth u wont understand it / wont learn.What i would have done in your position is do what your team told you (completely normal way as told) and then ask for reason why or later during the game. Theres no shame in being unsure and taking tipps even when you dont understand them or disagree at the moment, but if u stick to your plan stubbornly you have limited chances to improve and you will end up frustrating team from game to game going on.
Thats just my advise to you, what you make of it is up to you.
