Any further thoughts:

He was helping the game earlier, but after I ignored him at 20:00, he said he will not ward anymore, he didn't even try to help anymore, basically solo till the end of the game or did some dumb things to get himself killed.

42:30 He linked tk and maliciously took tk to top lane with no vision very close to the enemy tower, and got them both killed.
46:00 He teleported into enemy's base close to the fountain with minimum hp left, and killed by lion, which is totally considered as suiside or feed.
53:00 When the enemies were pushing bot rax, he was afk farming top and mid lane, and refused to help.
After I ignored this wisp, he basically either got killed before most the team fights because he teleported to wrong place or just afk farming the lane, or absent for the team fights.
