Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).

Around 10:09 Kotl started blinking to random spots and Teleporting me there where I can move to get out. I had to keep buying TP scrolls over and over
He did this numerous times through out the game. He would purposely Teleport me to locations.

Any further thoughts: Further thoughts are Kotl ruining the game on purpose cause I decided to play Invoker. The result of KOTL TPing me everywhere is what led AA to afk at fountain.
I feel a week or 2 ban is necessary for this. I never had to deal with such immaturity in my dota life
