Uak the fact that gray did not choose to forfeit is not their fault some people refuse to forfeit, moving back to ban requests until I process this.

Yes, it is, it indicates team wanted to continue playing. There's no reason to ban here, they can lock heroes in DotA or forfeit. Most of them did lock their heroes.

The ff command is a mandatory option not optional, if you go like that then why not make refusing to fast finish a rule then. The option is OPTIONAL hence OPTION its like !draw if people do not want to !draw a game that is their choice, the fact that these people would still fountain farm none the less despite the fact if heros got frozen or not is not part of the ban itself.

If they didn't care enough to lock their heroes, then there's obviously no reason to ban anyone.


So problem with banning is:

1) Gray was buying back and stuff during fountain farming, chose not to -ff or !ff
2) Scourge never asked Sentinel to stop fountain farming and finish the game. Sentinel even asked Scourge why they weren't forfeiting; Scourge answered but didn't request to end game faster.
3) Anyway two of the players mentioned weren't even fountain farming for long.
