Sometimes the vision of that shop comes and goes really fast and he may have clicked there.

As for Furion, I'm banning for one year for obvious maphacks.

As for NA, I want another opinion, so I won't move this to processed yet.

you get vision for a second when you go near the shop. if that is the only evidence of NA you have to believe he is not maphacking because that is not a maphack fogclick its just a bug with the shop
