Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): poor attitude entire game, however selling items and other violations really kick in at around 30mins in.
Any further thoughts: I did initiate a kick early on - probably too early in terms of him not strictly violating terms, but his attitude was really poor, enough so that it felt justified. Then after he died a few more times he sold everything, massed wards and just sat in base flaming.

Wow, i see this was the first of two games in a row when this guy ruined the game for everyone. see my post about the same player, he stole 2600 worth of my items (around 20 mins)after flaming everyone all game. I think ht should be banned for life for this...he srsly is ruining the ENT experience.
